Operations Coordinator at Meliva Gyn

Meliva is looking for an engaged and driven Operations Coordinator for a key role in our surgical operations. You are an operating room nurse who wants to help develop both the role and our processes. We are in a dynamic and changing phase.

About the role

The role of Operations Coordinator involves a combination of surgical planning, coordination, and clinical work. You will coordinate the flow between surgeons, the reception, and the operating unit, as well as be responsible for patient contact and medical advice. An important part of the job is to contribute to improving and streamlining administrative processes and driving the follow-up of operational data. The position offers great scope to influence and shape working methods. Working hours are during the day (Monday–Friday), and the position is a permanent full-time employment.

Who are we looking for?

• You are a licensed nurse with further education in operating room care
• You have experience in coordination, planning, or administration within healthcare
• You are structured, independent, and thrive handling multiple contacts in a fast-paced environment
• You have analytical skills, attention to detail, and good communication skills in Swedish
• You are solution-oriented and take initiative to drive issues forward

Desirable experience

• Background in gynecological operations
• Experience with surgical planning or coordination of complex patient flows
• Experience working with the GynOp registry
