About the role

As an employee in home care, you work to provide support and care to our customers in their own homes. The tasks vary depending on the individual's needs and may include personal care, assistance with daily chores, and social support.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with personal care and hygiene
• Support during meals and medication reminders/delivery
• Help with dressing and undressing as well as moving/transferring
• Perform simple household chores according to the care plan
• Provide social support and create a sense of security for our customers
• Document performed interventions according to company routines

We are looking for someone who

• Is responsible, flexible, and has a good attitude towards people
• Enjoys working with people and building good relationships
• Can work independently and take initiative
• Has good teamwork skills
• Has good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written

Merits

• Experience from home care, elderly care, or healthcare and social services
• Education in healthcare and social services
• Experience with documentation in healthcare
