The role of Coordinator with us

As a Coordinator at SAAND Service & Omsorg, you are a central part of our team and serve as the right hand to the Operations Manager.

Your daily work includes staff scheduling, developing implementation plans, planning interventions, as well as monitoring completed work and key performance indicators. It is important that you have the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.

The Coordinator plays a crucial role in contacting case managers, clients, home healthcare providers, and other external actors. In this role, you will follow established routines and processes in our quality management system, ensuring that our work aligns with the company's values.

Qualifications

• Nursing assistant education, preferably with a university degree.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with good computer literacy.
• Previous experience in a coordinator role.
• Knowledge of the systems Epsilon, Combine, and Phoniro.
• Understanding of what it means to plan a unit cost-effectively.
• Experience leading a team with responsibility for the work environment.
