Our fleet includes drilling rigs, pile drivers, sheet pile machines, and other specialized equipment for advanced contracting.

We are now looking for experienced machine operators nationwide who want to help develop our operations and contribute to projects where competence, safety, and quality are at the core.

As a machine operator at Hercules, you will work on exciting and varied foundation projects. You specialize in pile drivers, drilling rigs, or sheet pile machines – or master several of these machine types. Together with your colleagues, you contribute to creating safe and sustainable structures in some of society's most important infrastructure, industrial, port, and civil engineering projects.

The role involves significant personal responsibility, where you plan and execute production together with site management and colleagues. You become a key part of a specialist team where experience, professional skill, and safety are highly valued.

• Has documented competence and experience operating drilling rigs, pile drivers, or sheet pile machines.
• Has a good understanding of foundation and civil engineering works.
• Has experience working in production and on-site projects.
• Works safely, precisely, and responsibly.
• Thrives in collaboration but is also comfortable taking independent responsibility.
• Hold a valid B-driver's license.
• Has relevant training and certifications for the role, such as SAFE 1, SAFE 2.
