About Us
Aleris Hand & Foot at Sophiahemmet consists of a dedicated team of approximately 25 employees – doctors, specialist nurses, physiotherapists, and administrative staff. We specialize in elective hand and foot surgery and operate from two modern operating theaters.
At our clinic, patients receive a cohesive care chain including assessment, advanced imaging diagnostics, surgery, and post-operative rehabilitation. This contributes to high quality and very satisfied patients. We are an accredited healthcare provider at Sophiahemmet and continuously work to develop our operations, including our efforts towards ISO certification in quality and environment.

The Role
As a nurse assistant (undersköterska) here, you will assist in surgeries and perform standard corridor duties. Additionally, tasks at the clinic may be included.

About You
We are looking for someone who values providing good care, personal treatment, and professional service with high quality in patient work. As a nurse assistant, you are independent and adaptable in the various situations you encounter, and you recognize the importance of precision and structure in daily work.
Through your engagement, professional attitude, and communication skills, you build good relationships with colleagues and patients, making you a valuable member of our team.
You must be able to show proof from the National Board of Health and Welfare (Socialstyrelsen) that you are a certified nurse assistant. Experience from surgical operations within orthopedics is a merit.
Employment Conditions:
- Employment Type: Fixed-term employment (specific)
- Scope: As needed
- Working Hours: Weekdays until 19:00
- Start Date: By agreement
- Salary: Individual salary setting / hourly wage
- Collective Agreement: Yes
