About the role

We are looking for a Technical Support professional with extensive experience in port cranes, crawler cranes, and foundation equipment.

Your responsibilities:

• Technical support to customers, field technicians, and the sales department.
• Handling procurement in consultation with the Service Manager.
• Forwarding service messages and ensuring that safety information is followed.
• Quoting for upgrades, services, and non-standardized solutions.
• Proactive approach to customer support.
• Technical support for warranty cases.
• Project management and coordination, including associated documentation.
• Coordination of technicians, work reports, spare parts, etc.

Your profile

• Background as a field technician or similar experience.
• Technical education in mechatronics, electrical engineering, heavy machinery, or industrial mechanics.
• Experience with spare parts lists, preparing procurement, and handling work orders.
• Independent, structured, and efficient.
• Customer-oriented work approach.
• Good computer skills for documentation.
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
• Open to traveling both within Sweden and to other Liebherr companies in Europe.
