We are looking for a Company Doctor at Feelgood

We work with our various client companies, delivering services within occupational health, health development, rehabilitation, and healthcare. We are where our customers are – which means you can work both at our facilities, out at our customers' sites, and occasionally at our local units. We deliver services including occupational health and health development as well as rehabilitation.

As a company doctor with us, you have the opportunity for close collaboration with employers, allowing you to influence the patient's working environment over time. You provide support to company management, individual managers, HR departments, and employees on matters concerning health and work, rehabilitation, and healthcare. Your role is promoting, preventive, and supportive, based on identified needs in close cooperation with our customers and other professional categories at the unit. You will work at the individual, group, and organizational levels. The assignments include, among other things, assessing ill health followed by planning and implementing measures based on needs, counseling, conducting statutory/medical examinations, workplace visits, and work capacity assessments.

You work daytime hours (no on-call duties, no nights, and no weekends). The operations are characterized by a collegial spirit and a strong sense of "we." At Feelgood, you collaborate across professional categories.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for you who are a specialist physician, preferably with company doctor training or other specialist competence in a relevant field. You have a burning interest in people in working life, a holistic view, and a desire to work in a preventive and promotional manner. You are both independent and capable of making decisions, and you have the ability to build good relationships, as the work involves significant interaction with various types of people. Furthermore, you are skilled at handling complex situations, are business-minded, consultative, and have a strong ethical compass.
