As a nursing assistant and administrator at Feelgood, you work in a dual role with tasks related to both your role as a nursing assistant and administrative tasks such as supporting colleagues and the consulting manager with office and facility services. In your role as a nursing assistant, you engage in close cross-functional collaboration with other colleagues at the unit, such as occupational health nurses, case managers, company doctors, physiotherapists/ergonomists, and psychologists. Through close dialogue with the customer, you create opportunities to promote health in working life.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the waiting room at the unit and service to visitors at the unit.
• Plan and follow up on service, maintenance, and fault reports for premises and equipment, as well as manage the unit's keys and access.
• Purchase of materials for the unit as well as receiving and handling orders.
• Handling incoming/outgoing mail, scanning, archiving, and secure document storage.
• Book premises, arrange technology and catering for meetings and events internally and externally.
• Act as support to the consulting manager with administrative tasks as needed.
• Delegated as fire safety officer and support the consulting manager in systematic fire safety work.
• As a nursing assistant – perform tasks such as health examinations, pre-checks before medical controls, spirometry, vision tests, hearing tests, ECG, sample collection, drug tests, and pre-employment examinations.

We are looking for someone with nursing assistant training and a burning interest in people in working life, a holistic view, and a desire to work in a preventive and promoting manner. We also consider it important that you have a business-like and consultative approach, good social competence, and that you are a good team player and employee who wants to help drive the team in Karlskrona forward. You have a driver's license and good IT skills.
