Description

Here, you will work in interprofessional teams together with nurses, assistant nurses, care assistants, home help staff, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. We offer a workplace with close collaboration, strong team cohesion, and combined expertise – enabling us to provide our citizens with high-quality care and a warm welcome.

Responsibilities

As a nurse/district nurse here, you focus on the health of our individuals and meet individual care needs according to the Health and Medical Services Act. You make your own assessments, plan, and implement health and medical care interventions. The role includes responsibility for delegation, medication management, and supervising care staff on medical matters. You document in the Life Care system and work with both specialized care and palliative care. You are also expected to actively participate in the continuous improvement work of the operations.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are a registered nurse, preferably a district nurse, and preferably with a few years of experience. You have good ability to express yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing. You have good collaboration skills and enjoy working in interprofessional teams. You are confident working independently and making your own decisions, while being flexible, solution-focused, and having a warm attitude towards others. You also have the ability to lead and support care staff in medical matters.

A Category B driver's license is mandatory, and personal suitability is something we place great emphasis on.
