Ovako in Hofors is now looking for an employee for the Customer Support department. You will become part of our Customer Support team in Hofors, which is a competent and positive group with a great sense of community. As an employee in Customer Support, your day will consist of contacts with sales companies and customers on a global level. Equally important are internal contacts within the organization, such as planning and production.

Role Description
Your primary tasks will involve contacting customers and sales companies through Ovako's sales process, with the highest focus on ongoing business operations, from order booking to delivered orders, follow-up, and subsequent customer dialogue.
You are, therefore, a crucial link between production/planning and our sales companies and customers to proactively communicate regarding customer orders and deliveries.
You will primarily be involved in ongoing business operations regarding daily contact with customers and sales companies globally. Order booking and volume allocation, as well as proactive work with information and business intelligence for the marketing and sales organization within the company, will be a large part of your day.
You will actively work with defined goals and KPIs that are important to the company.
You are also responsible for updating and linking customer registers, price registers, and article registers. Some invoice management and administration of support systems important for business building and maintenance are also included.
As we are a global company with several production units in Sweden and customers around the world, travel may occur both within and outside Sweden.
Your Profile
We are looking for you with an academic background, with an engaged and present profile driven by delivering high-class service and quality customer contact.
You thrive with having many contact surfaces in your work, and we believe that you, the applicant, are a person who describes themselves as the "spider in the web" (central coordinator).
You are sensitive to customer needs and are a flexible person with the drive to tackle challenges and the ability to see solutions for them.
You are comfortable driving your work forward independently and making decisions within given frameworks. We also believe that you, the applicant, are a person who can handle that the workday does not always go as planned and can find joy in working with others.
To succeed in the role, you need to have good administrative skills and previous experience working with service and/or administration. You are computer literate, handle the Office suite well, and have the ability to retrieve and handle data and work in parallel in different systems. You have good knowledge of both Swedish and English, both spoken and written. Since our corporate language is English and a large part of communication with our customers takes place in English, you need to be comfortable using the English language on a daily basis. We consider it an advantage if you also master German or French.
As travel is part of the role, we would prefer that you, the applicant, have a B-driver's license.
As we are a technical industry, we believe it is an advantage if you have some technical knowledge and understanding from before. But if not, we believe in the willingness to learn and are convinced that with the right attitude and interest, you can learn!
