Project Administrator for ESF Project in Östra Göinge Municipality

We are now seeking a Project Administrator for an ESF-funded collaboration project between the municipality and the non-profit organization Youngstival. The project targets women and men aged 18–49 who are neither working nor studying and who need coordinated support to move towards employment, studies, and self-sufficiency.

Job Description

As a Project Administrator, you will be a key support to the Project Manager and the project team. You are responsible for keeping the project's administration, documentation, and follow-up together. This role suits you if you are meticulous, structured, and enjoy creating order even when many things are happening simultaneously.

You will work with, among other things:

• Ongoing project administration
• Materials for follow-up, surveys, and reporting
• Documentation related to participants and project activities
• Support for ESF reporting, time reporting, and financial documentation
• Summons, meeting minutes, and steering group materials
• Structure in digital folders, documents, and working methods
• Administrative support to the Project Manager, project team, and finance

Qualifications and Merits

You who apply have a secondary education with an economic or administrative focus, or other experience that the employer deems equivalent.

We are looking for you who have:

• Experience in administrative work
• Good structural and planning skills
• Good computer skills, preferably in Microsoft 365
• Ease in expressing yourself in Swedish, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility
• Meticulousness, a service-oriented attitude, and a solution-oriented approach to work

It is an advantage if you have experience in project administration, ESF projects, municipal operations, financial administration, or follow-up/statistics.

You are a person who likes order, clarity, and collaboration. You see the details, follow up on what needs to be done, and contribute to others being able to focus on their tasks. You are unpretentious, confident in administrative tasks, and not afraid to ask when something is unclear.
