About Hemstyrkan

Hemstyrkan is one of the first home care providers in Stockholm.

Today, we provide home care in 10 out of 11 districts in Stockholm City, around the clock, and have four operations located in:

• West Stockholm (Råcksta, Bromma)
• South Stockholm West (Axelsberg, Hägersten)
• South Stockholm East (Hammarbyhöjden, Johanneshov)
• City Center (Hjorthagen, Östermalm)

Your role

We are now looking for temporary caregivers who want to contribute to our customers being able to stay in their homes with security, continuity, and dignity. The work should be characterized by care, quality, and a professional approach.

The role involves performing care and service tasks in the customer's home.

Social documentation is a central part of the work, and we have high demands on accuracy, structure, and compliance with current regulations.

As a temporary caregiver with us, you work to enable our customers to stay in their homes with security, dignity, and quality. Your work should be permeated by care, professionalism, and presence.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are engaged and have a professional attitude towards the profession and the meeting with the customer. The following requirements apply for the position:

• Manual B driver's license and driving experience (is a merit but not a requirement), good cycling experience, and willingness to use a bicycle and walk during work.
• Good ability to meet people in different life situations in a professional, respectful, and empathetic manner.
• Ability to work independently, take responsibility, and see the whole picture in the assignment.
• Stability and stress tolerance, with the ability to handle varying workdays.
• Good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written.
• Basic knowledge of cooking and household management.

Experience from home care or similar operations is meritorious but not a requirement.
