The Role of Business Manager
As a Business Manager, you lead a team of five employees within accounting and financial advisory. Your goal is to ensure that we are the obvious partner for small businesses and that the team delivers with high quality, profitability, and joy.

In this role, you will have broad and developmental responsibilities where you:

Drive the Business

• Have overall responsibility for customer delivery, quality, sales, billing, and growth.
• Actively work on cross-selling and up-selling, creating good conditions for new business.
• Ensure the right workload distribution, utilization, and follow-up within the team.

Lead the Team Forward

• Are responsible for personnel and create a secure, clear, and developmental work environment.
• Give and receive feedback, coach continuously, and drive development plans.
• Work present and proactively to create structure, clear priorities, and effective self-leadership within the team.

Ensure Quality & Methods

• Implement modern working methods and lead change work in everyday life.
• Ensure that the team follows our processes.
• Conduct systematic work to maintain high delivery quality.

Part of the Management Group
You are part of the Market Area's management group together with other Business Managers and the Market Area Manager, Susanne Lätt. Here, you drive the development of the business area forward.
