We are looking for you who are interested in working as a temporary substitute, where you have the opportunity to make a difference for another person. Experience in personal assistance or healthcare is an advantage.

In the role of assistant, it is important for you to support and be the extended arm by providing the necessary support and help the customer needs in their daily life.

The workplace is a house with three customers living together in Österåker. All three customers have different needs and always have their own assistant with them around the clock. We are now looking for a temporary substitute who can step in when needed and has the opportunity to work with all three customers. During a work shift, you, as an assistant, are responsible for one customer.

We are looking for an assistant who meets the following requirements:

• Good knowledge of the Swedish language
• Responsibility and openness to learn new things, adapting to the customer's needs and routines
• You should show respect for working in someone's home and be able to adapt accordingly
• Non-smoker, preferably completely tobacco-free
