  • A coaching and supportive manager who works together with you in daily life.

  • Clear working methods and routines that simplify your job.

  • Career and development opportunities. For example, you can become a group leader with personnel responsibility or get a specific subject responsibility such as dementia coordinator or hygiene officer.

About Villa Kristineberg

The facility has 60 apartments spread over three floors for elderly people with a focus on dementia and somatic care. Each unit has a common kitchen and pleasant spaces for socializing and meals.

  • We have a collaboration with the company Ung Omsorg. This means that a team of young people aged 14–18 visits us on weekends and holidays. Ung Omsorg organizes various activities to add extra value to the lives of our residents.

  • You have a group leader who spends most of their time working closely with you in the operations. Becoming a group leader can also be a career opportunity for you as a nursing assistant.

  • Here we work with animals in care and have regular visits from therapy dogs.

As a nursing assistant, you are incredibly important!

Your task is to provide quality of life. With your help, our residents can maintain their lifestyle and habits. You see every person and interpret what they need. At the same time, you learn a lot about care, aging, and how to treat people.

You are closest to the resident and thus have a key role in the team with nurses, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists. You also participate in care planning and write social documentation.

With your heart in the right place

With us, you get to work in a strong culture driven by our vision: We make the world a little better, one person at a time. It is extremely important that you share our vision and our four values:

Respect: Here, everyone has the right to a dignified life with physical, mental, and social well-being.

Responsibility: Here we have employees who dare and want to, and managers who listen and lead.

Simplicity: Here it is easy to influence and to be an employee or customer.

Knowledge: Here we reflect, learn from each other, and utilize everyone's competence.

Your experience and knowledge

We would like you to be a trained nursing assistant and have worked a few years in elderly care. Good computer skills and experience with documentation are also meritorious. Good knowledge of the Swedish language in speech and writing is a requirement, but otherwise, your CV is not the most important thing. If you share our values and have the right qualities, we give you support and the opportunity to grow.

We believe that you:

  • Are attracted by varied work and enjoy meeting people in different situations.
  • Are a creative person who dares to think for yourself and take responsibility.
  • Enjoy working in a team and supporting your colleagues.
