We are now looking for a Head Waiter who wants to take clear leadership in the restaurant and help continue to develop a business where quality, gastronomy, and care are at the center.

About the role

As Head Waiter, you are the hub of the restaurant. You lead the service, inspire the team, and create the structure that makes both guests and employees thrive. You have operational responsibility where you plan the day, lead, and ensure that everything works – from staffing and task distribution to quality, sales, and guest experience.

You are present on the floor, noticing details before anyone else does, and creating calm even when the pace is high.

The role also involves close collaboration with other departments where you plan and execute conferences, weddings, and larger events. You also have overall responsibility for the restaurant's bar and contribute to developing both the offering and competence within beverages.

Other

Permanent employment with a six-month probation period. Salary and start date according to agreement.
