About the role

As a Material Handler, you will become an important part of the operations and work closely with colleagues to ensure that the warehouse flow functions efficiently and with high quality.

You will work with both practical and administrative tasks, where you are responsible for ensuring that materials are registered correctly, that inventory balances are accurate, and that deliveries meet the correct quality standards before leaving the warehouse.

About the assignment

• Start date: According to agreement
• Fixed-term employment – Part-time with the possibility of expanding to full-time
• Location: Kumla

Working hours

The position is part-time and involves working according to a rolling schedule where you work:

• Sundays (full day), with every fifth Sunday off
• Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday part-time

The working hours are flexible, and the schedule is planned in advance together with the operations team.

Your tasks

• Handle and register materials in the company's warehouse system
• Conduct inventory and ensure that inventory balances are correct
• Identify discrepancies and report or rectify them when possible
• Check and quality-assure pallets before delivery
• Forklift driving in connection with material handling and loading
• Contribute to order and structure in warehouse operations

About you

We are looking for someone who is meticulous, solution-oriented, and has a strong interest in working with various computer systems. You pick up new programs easily and enjoy combining administrative work with practical tasks. Having a strong interest in computers or experience with complex systems is considered an advantage.

We believe you are someone who dares to point out when something is not right, takes responsibility for following up on discrepancies, and works methodically to find solutions. For this position, we value accuracy and quality higher than work speed.
