About the role
In the role of Project Manager, you will drive development projects that help property owners create profitable, attractive, and long-term sustainable living environments for their tenants. You will work closely with the customer throughout the entire process – from initial analysis and current state mapping to implementation, follow-up, and continued development. The role is as much about building trust, understanding the customer's business, and identifying new opportunities as it is about ensuring clear and successful execution of each assignment. You will become a key part of developing Rådr's business by transforming customer insights into relevant assignments, long-term relationships, and new offerings.

You will work in a dynamic startup environment with the experience and security of Modexa behind you. Here, your entrepreneurial spirit, your ability to create momentum, and your willingness to take action where needed are crucial. You thrive switching between strategic customer dialogues, business development, and operational project management, and you are motivated by building something new together with both colleagues and customers. The role is based in Borås, but with flexibility to work in Gothenburg. Travel around the country will occur frequently.

Responsibilities

• Lead and drive projects within property development and careful renovation, from analysis to implementation.
• Develop and implement the Renovation Manual for property owners.
• Conduct workshops and facilitate decision-making processes.
• Analyze data and create calculations to optimize property economics and net operating income.
• Contribute to Rådr's business development by building relationships, understanding customer needs, identifying new assignments, and developing relevant offerings.
• Act as a advisory partner to property owners and support them in strategic decisions regarding investments, sustainability, and long-term property development.
• Coordinate various stakeholders and create momentum in projects where business, technology, and people need to meet.

We are looking for you who is a confident, business-driven, and structured project manager with several years of experience driving development or change projects, preferably within the property industry. You have a good understanding of property economic relationships and quickly see how strategic decisions affect both business, management, and the living experience. Perhaps you have previous experience in property management, business development, own consultancy, or project management within ROT. It is meritorious if you have an established network in the industry and are accustomed to building trust in customer dialogues where new needs and opportunities emerge. Higher academic education in property economics, project management, or equivalent is meritorious but not a requirement.

You are sensitive enough to understand the customer's real needs, but also driven enough to turn ideas into concrete next steps. You combine analysis with action, build relationships over time, and are driven by creating solutions that provide clear value for the customer. You easily switch between strategic discussions in boardrooms and practical issues out in the operations.
