About the position:

Hotel Allén is a boutique hotel located in central Gothenburg, just a short walk from the Central Station and Avenyn. The hotel is part of the GCCH hotel group and is also affiliated with the Best Western chain.

Responsibilities:

Your duties include standard reception tasks such as guest check-in and check-out. You will handle phone calls, make bookings, process payments, and perform other related administrative tasks. The reception also manages a significant portion of the breakfast service, including morning service and evening preparations.

Teamwork is essential at our hotel, so your role also involves assisting colleagues in the housekeeping department. We believe in a collaborative environment where departments work closely together.

We are looking for a service-oriented individual with a genuine passion for hospitality. Above all, we value a positive and professional attitude towards our guests.

You should be flexible and comfortable working in a team, while also being capable of working independently, as you will often be the sole receptionist on duty. Attention to detail and a desire to maintain a clean and tidy workspace are highly valued.

Employment details:

We are currently seeking receptionists primarily for afternoon shifts at 80% full-time equivalent. If you are interested in the position but prefer to work less than 80%, we also have opportunities for weekend and extra staff.
