Do you have experience and interest in the operation and maintenance of properties? Then we might be looking for you as Fastighetscompetens' new Operations Technician/Property Technician! Qualifications: We are looking for you with a strong customer focus and service mindset, as the assignment is to ensure that property owners and their tenants experience as few problems as possible regarding their properties and premises. It is important that you have the ability to adapt and meet people in a respectful manner. You need to be independent, solution-oriented, and practical to find the right solutions in the properties. We would prefer that you have worked as an operations technician, or alternatively within plumbing, electrical, ventilation, or control and regulation. Great emphasis is placed on your personal qualities. To be considered for this position, you must:

• Have a completed upper secondary education
• Be proficient in Swedish in both speech and writing and be able to communicate in English
• Hold a valid driver's license (Category B)
• Pass a security clearance, as some properties require this

It is an advantage if you have experience working as a property caretaker, property or operations technician, service electrician, or in the service of other property systems. Experience as a facility caretaker, fire alarm systems, and SBA work is also considered an advantage. Knowledge of additional languages is also a plus.
