As part of our team, you will help create a safe and seamless experience for our customers.

As an Auto Glass Technician, your responsibilities will include:

• Repairing stone chips and replacing car windows.
• Calibrating safety systems after windshield replacement.
• Greeting customers and ensuring they have a safe and positive workshop experience.
• Handling administrative tasks such as insurance cases, orders, inventory, and complaints.
• Contributing to upselling by identifying the customer's total needs.

No prior experience with auto glass is required – we provide all the training you need to succeed.

Who are you?

You are responsible, detail-oriented, and solution-focused.

You enjoy practical work and have a technical interest.

You have the ability to build good customer relationships and enjoy service-oriented work.

You follow procedures and have a strong safety mindset.

Experience in service professions, technology, craftsmanship, or insurance claims is considered a merit.

Requirements for the position

• Valid Category B driver's license (manual transmission)
• Good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written
• Proficient computer skills
• At least 2 years of work experience

As part of the recruitment process, a health examination including lung function testing, as well as alcohol and drug testing, is included.

Working hours and employment type

The position is full-time and begins with a six-month probationary period.

Working hours are scheduled Monday–Friday, typically 07:30–16:30.

Location: Vega, one of our newer facilities, where you will join a team of three employees.

Work at other workshops or locations may occur if needed.
