About the role

At the Park Care department, we work together to create a clean, well-maintained, and inviting park where our guests get the best possible experience. The work includes ongoing cleaning during the day, preparations before the park opens, and cleaning the park after all guests have left. You contribute to the park always maintaining high standards by performing tasks such as sweeping the ground, hosing down walkways, wiping tables, cleaning toilets, emptying trash bins, removing spider webs, cleaning changing rooms, and preparing the park for the day's guests.

Park Care is a social role where you are a visible part of the guest experience. You are constantly moving around the park and meeting our guests throughout the workday. Therefore, it is important that you enjoy meeting people, greet the guests, and initiate conversations. Helping with directions, answering questions, or recommending a favorite attraction is a natural part of the job. We expect you to notice our guests, be accessible, and contribute to every interaction being characterized by friendly treatment and world-class service.

Who are we looking for?

To thrive in this role, you need to have an eye for detail and a desire to ensure the park is always in top condition. At the same time, you must be able to prioritize, work efficiently, and take responsibility for completing tasks on time. The work is physically demanding and may involve heavy lifting, long walks, and handling various machines and equipment, such as pressure washers and fire hoses, etc. To work in Park Care, you must be at least 18 years old and be able to speak and understand good Swedish.

More about the positions

Working hours vary depending on the area of work. In daily operations, you work morning, day, and evening shifts on weekdays and weekends. Evening shifts can end as late as 23:30, meaning you need to be able to get home after your shift. The work of finishing the park before opening is done in the morning and starts no earlier than 06:30 to ensure the park is clean and welcoming before today's guests arrive. Halloween runs during the periods October 7-11, October 16-18, October 23-November 1, and November 7-8, and we are looking for someone who can work a significant part of this period. Working hours vary and include day, evening, and weekend work. All positions are fixed-term contracts.
