Your role
As a technician in the electrical section at Rönnskär, you work to ensure a safe and stable electrical installation with high availability and quality. Your assignment includes preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, assembly, and service work in our facilities, in close collaboration with production. The work involves both operational interventions in the plant and long-term responsibility for the operation, maintenance, and development of frequency converters, automation, and process communication. You are involved in the development of working methods, work procedures, and equipment, and actively contribute to the section's ongoing improvement work. The role involves close collaboration with internal functions and external suppliers.
On-call duty and service within the First Response operation (response in case of accident) may occur by agreement.
Your team
You will become part of the corrective electrical maintenance team at Rönnskär. Here, you work in a competent and engaged team where collaboration, knowledge sharing, and safety are in focus. Together with electricians, technicians, and engineers, you contribute to high availability, quality, and continuous improvement in our facilities.
Your responsibilities
- Develop and be responsible for frequency converters and process communication
- Ensure compliance with laws, requirements, and regulations
- Plan, prepare, and follow up on work in the Maximo maintenance system
- Create and maintain technical documentation
- Ensure access to critical spare parts
- Participate in projects, budget work, and collaboration with internal and external parties
Your contribution
For this role, we are looking for you who are driven and engaged with a solution-oriented approach. You take responsibility for your tasks, work systematically, and always keep safety in focus. You have the ability to work independently as well as in collaboration with others. Through good communication and a professional attitude, you contribute to a safe and efficient operation.
We see that you, as a candidate, have:
- Electrical education at the upper secondary level or equivalent
- Several years of experience in electrical process automation
- Good communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbal and written
- Good IT skills
- Class B driver's license
Meritorious with previous experience in:
- Frequency converters and UPS
- Control systems, e.g., ABB 800xA
- Measurement technology, control and regulation technology
