We are now looking for a project worker for the project Boden Sustainability Centre with a focus on competence supply in the green societal transition.

RESPONSIBILITIES

As a project worker with us, you work on initiatives related to the societal transition in Bodens Municipality with a focus on competence supply and immigration. The role combines strategic work with operational implementation in everyday life and close collaboration with the project group for Boden Sustainability Centre.

You are part of the Immigration and Competence Supply Unit and work closely with colleagues, administrations, business life, and external actors. Your work involves planning, coordinating, and implementing activities related to, among other things, immigration and competence supply, as well as project follow-up. You produce materials, messages, and simpler analyses as support for targeted initiatives.

The work is varied and requires that you can work independently, while collaborating closely with other municipal functions and external actors.

The position is a fixed-term project employment until 2029-06-30.

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for you who have a university or college degree and/or several years of experience that the employer deems suitable for the role of project worker in the unit for immigration and competence supply. The position requires basic knowledge of Swedish and English. A B-driver's license is a requirement.

Meritorious is if you have;

• Experience working in a politically governed organization
• Experience in project work, competence supply, and building new collaboration structures
• Experience collaborating with business life, educational actors, or other societal actors
• Experience working in digital channels and platforms
