Forenede Care AB has been operating the newly built special housing facility on Bangårdsgatan on behalf of Östersund Municipality since April 2023. The facility offers 80 apartments spread across four floors, including a terrace with views of the Oviksfjällen mountains.

We are now looking for two assistant nurses for our night shift team who want to join Forenede Care in continuing to build Östersund's newest special housing facility.

We work in teams consisting of care staff, nurses, group leaders, deputy operations manager, and operations manager.

Job Description

Care and nursing work where the citizen's wishes and needs are always at the center. Together with other staff, you are responsible for planning and carrying out daily care work with a strong focus on quality.

We work with case management where care is based on the individual's needs and wishes. It is of utmost importance that you treat our citizens and their relatives in a warm and heartfelt manner. The job includes documentation in Viva, which means you must be able to express yourself well both verbally and in writing.

Qualifications

Assistant nurse education. Previous experience in elderly care/dementia care is an advantage. The job requires some computer skills. The job requires that you can express yourself well in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working with elderly people, is sensitive to others' needs, has a good attitude towards people, and has good collaboration skills. As a person, you adapt easily to new situations, are flexible, independent, and view new challenges positively. Other valuable traits include a sense of responsibility, engagement, and attention to detail. You provide our citizens and their relatives with a warm welcome and work based on our values. You are a good representative of our operations. We place great emphasis on personal suitability!

Employment Terms

• Employment percentage: 84.64% or 62.07%
• Start date: October 1st, or as agreed
• Night shift work
• Permanent position, with a six-month probation period as per the collective agreement
• A extract from the criminal record may be required
• Forenede Care has a collective agreement and individual salary setting
