Starka is an independent, privately owned company that manufactures and sells prefabricated concrete products for a wide range of applications in the construction and infrastructure sectors. Your responsibilities

The work involves:

• Preparing and inspecting concrete molds.
• Manufacturing mold materials (woodworking skills are an advantage).
• Pouring concrete into the molds.
• Preparing reinforcement.
• Participating in operations at the concrete plant.

Some tasks are physically demanding.

Your background and qualities

• You are a proud professional who constantly strives to deliver high-quality products.
• You are handy and not afraid to solve problems.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple tasks.
• You have general computer skills.
• Crane license, forklift license, and experience driving counterbalance forklifts are advantageous.
• Experience with concrete and reading technical drawings, or similar millimeter-precision work from related industries, is advantageous.

You enjoy working in a team and are organized, attentive, and comfortable with varying work tempos. You are a positive person with a strong work ethic who thrives when taking significant responsibility for your work and delivering quality products according to customer needs.
