Welcome to Capio Primary Care Centre Ronneby – where experience meets heart!

Here, we have gathered all our expertise under one roof, forming a secure and competent team with many years of experience in primary care. We are a cheerful team of 20 employees who make a difference every day for our approximately 7,200 registered patients – from the first visit and throughout their lives.

The primary care centre is located in bright, beautiful premises in the heart of Ronneby, with plenty of parking spaces for those who drive. And for commuters? No problem – we are only a 10-minute walk from the station, so both train and bus work excellently.

Here you will find everything from a doctor's clinic and a nurse's clinic to asthma/COPD and diabetes clinics. We also have a child health centre where we get to follow approximately 360 little stars on their journey through life – a task we are both proud and happy about.

We are now looking for a nurse for a maternity leave vacancy with us!

Here you will have a varied and developmental role where the tasks range from telephone advice, chat, clinic work, health checks, and assessment of acute patients. The work is largely independent and involves making your own medical assessments and decisions in your daily routine.

At the same time, you are never alone – here we work daily with joint assessments, where you together with doctors and other colleagues jointly assess and plan the patients' care.

You who apply are a licensed nurse. You are secure in both personality and profession and have a patient-focused approach. It is meritorious if you have worked at a primary care centre previously.

You are meticulous in your work, have the ability to be flexible, and can adapt pace and working methods according to what each situation requires. We value teamwork and the ability to take initiative. As a person, you are clear and trustworthy and have a good ability to structure and prioritize. You are engaged and careful to always maintain high quality in your work.

We are looking for someone who is a positive and solution-oriented team player. You need to be able to quickly adapt to new situations and handle stress in a calm and professional manner. We value a person who is curious, willing to share knowledge, and contributes to a good atmosphere in the team.

The position is a maternity leave vacancy starting as soon as possible for at least 1 year.
