We are looking for a chef who speaks Vietnamese and has experience preparing traditional Vietnamese dishes, such as pho, banh xeo, bun bo, and banh mi.
About the position
Your responsibilities will include:
- Cleaning and maintaining the kitchen
- Preparing authentic Vietnamese dishes
- Preparing and handling ingredients
- Assisting with menu development
We are looking for someone who:
- Has proven experience in Vietnamese cuisine
- Is fluent in Vietnamese (speaking and writing)
- Is fast, precise, and thrives under pressure
- Has strong teamwork skills and enjoys working in a team
- Maintains high hygiene standards and keeps their workstation clean
