Optimal Trappstädning is an established company specializing in stairwell cleaning for housing cooperatives in the Stockholm area. We are known for our high quality and long-term customer relationships; many of our clients have been with us for several years. Now, we are looking for you to become a key part of our continued growth!
About the role:
As a Meeting Booker, you will contact housing cooperatives and schedule meetings for our sales team.
Your goal is to open doors and create opportunities for new collaborations. You will use the phone and email as your primary tools, systematically following up on your contacts.
Your responsibilities:
- Proactively contact housing cooperatives via phone and email
- Schedule meetings for our sales representatives
- Create and maintain lists of potential customers
- Follow up on previous contacts and build relationships
- Work towards clear goals
We are looking for someone who:
- Is driven and enjoys talking to people
- Is resilient and thrives working towards results
- Has a professional and pleasant voice on the phone
- Is self-motivated and structured
- Previous experience in appointment setting or sales is an advantage but not a requirement – we are happy to train you!
