About Us

Mollösunds Wärdshus is a historic inn located at the tip of Orust, in the old fishing village of Mollösund. The kitchen is the heart of the house, and we cook honest, seasonal food using ingredients from the sea and Bohuslän.

About the Role

We are looking for a chef who thrives in an à la carte kitchen and enjoys the pace when the dining room fills up. You will cook from scratch together with the team and maintain a high and consistent quality – both on regular days and during larger events. Here, it is fast-paced, lots is happening, and we are a great group that enjoys working together.

Employment

Seasonal employment with immediate start – we go all out during the summer. Full-time or part-time by agreement, salary by agreement. During the autumn, there may be continued work, focusing more on weekends, events, and conferences.

Responsibilities

• Cook and plate à la carte dishes to order
• Prepare (mise en place) for service
• Maintain order, hygiene, and self-control in the kitchen
• Contribute to groups, weddings, and conferences

Qualifications

• Experience as a chef in a restaurant or à la carte kitchen
• Ability to work at a high pace while maintaining quality
• Responsible and a team player
• Good knowledge of Swedish or English
