Feed Manager for Modern Dairy Farm – A Key Role in Our Operations

We are a modern dairy farm with approximately 530 dairy cows milked in a 28-stall pit parlor three times a day. Our cows produce an average of 45 kg ECM, and animal welfare is always our highest priority. The cows are housed in open barns with sand bedding, and we work purposefully to continuously develop and optimize our production. We believe in always being able to improve and are driven by curiosity, engagement, and a strong interest in finding new paths to success.

About the Role

We are now looking for a Feed Manager who wants to take overall responsibility for feeding on the farm. This is a key role where you have significant responsibility for ensuring our cows receive high-quality feed every day. You will become an important part of ensuring stable and high production, where feeding is one of the most crucial factors.

Your duties will include, among other things:

• Responsibility for daily feeding.
• Ensuring that feed handling and feed quality maintain high standards.
• Maintaining and servicing the machinery used in feeding.
• Planning and following up on routines.
• Participating in other farm duties when operations require it.
• Playing a key and active role during grazing and harvest seasons.

What We Offer

We prefer that you live on the farm or in the vicinity, as the position involves some on-call duties.
