The Role

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Develop hardware-near software in C/C++ for resource-constrained systems
• Work with RTOS such as FreeRTOS, Zephyr, or VxWorks
• Develop drivers and integrate with various interfaces (SPI, I2C, UART, CAN, etc.)
• Debug and troubleshoot close to the hardware
• Optimize performance, memory usage, and power consumption
• Participate in architecture and design decisions
• Work in cross-functional teams with, for example, electronics and test engineers

We are looking for you who

• Have several years of experience in embedded development in C/C++
• Have a good understanding of microcontrollers, real-time systems, and hardware-near programming
• Have experience with Git and CI/CD workflows
• Have worked with testing, verification, and quality assurance within embedded systems
• Have a technical drive and interest in solving complex system challenges
• Enjoy collaborating with others and contribute to knowledge sharing in the team

Meritorious:

• Experience with safety-critical systems (e.g., ISO 26262, IEC 61508)
• Knowledge in communication protocols or wireless communication
• Experience with bootloaders, BSP, or firmware architecture
• Proficiency in script or tool development in Python

Since the position involves work covered by defense secrecy, you are required to undergo and pass a security clearance with register check.
