Who are you?

At Nexer in Jönköping, we continue to build our team – we are now looking for experienced full-stack developers with a focus on Java.

You will play a key role in developing tomorrow's digital solutions for customers across various industries – from industry to the public sector. You will work with modern technologies and architectures in Java environments, often in complex system landscapes where your technical expertise and problem-solving skills make a real difference.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about development, enjoys tackling complex problems, and sees programming as a craft. You have several years of experience in system development with a special focus on Java and SQL databases. You thrive in environments where you can combine technical excellence with collaboration and contribute to solutions that create value for both customers and users.

We would also appreciate if you have experience with:

• Spring/Spring Boot
• API design and consumption (REST, Swagger/OpenAPI)
• CI/CD (e.g., Jenkins, GitHub Actions, GitLab CI/CD)
• Docker or Kubernetes (container management and microservices)
• Cloud platforms, preferably AWS, Azure, or GCP
• Frontend (e.g., React or Angular)
• Agile working methods such as Scrum or Kanban
• IoT, OPC UA, or MQTT

The role requires that you can communicate fluently in both Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. This is an important prerequisite for succeeding in customer dialogues and in collaboration with the team.

The assignments are carried out either at the customer's site, at Nexer's own premises, or from home – often in a flexible hybrid solution. In some assignments, you work independently, while in others you become part of a team together with several colleagues from Nexer.
