Within our business area Compliance & Management, we support an efficient transition to digital, sustainable, and secure solutions through expert knowledge in areas such as quality, safety, sustainability, and project management.

Responsibilities

Within Compliance & Management, we work with several competencies, and we are looking for you who want to work within one of the following areas:

• Project Management: Lead and drive technical and business-driven projects within areas such as process/production, supplier/purchasing, development, or automation. Manage change work and stakeholders to ensure that projects are delivered according to schedule and budget.
• Quality and Safety: Drive quality improvements, ensure that products and processes meet high demands for safety and performance. Work with quality management systems, supplier development, and business development.
• Change Management and Business Development: Lead and implement change initiatives aimed at implementing new ways of working, processes, and technologies, and ensure that these changes generate business value for the organization.
• Functional Safety: Work with safety-critical systems and ensure that products and processes follow functional safety standards. Focus on areas such as system safety, maintenance, ILS (Integrated Logistics Support), and/or CE marking, especially within areas such as defense and industry.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who are communicative and outgoing, and who thrive in collaboration and building strong relationships. You are driven by problem-solving and thrive in a changing environment where you need to make quick decisions and adapt to the customer's needs. In addition to your personal qualities, we want you to have:

• An academic degree in mechanical engineering, electronics, industrial economics, or similar. Alternatively, equivalent work experience as assessed by the employer.
• At least 3–5 years of work experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Experience of working in or leading projects.
• Fluent proficiency in Swedish and English.

Certain assignments may be subject to defense secrecy, which means that a successful security clearance may be required.

Practical Information

This is a permanent position with a six-month probation period, located at our office on Tanneforsgatan 3 in Linköping. Travel to our customers may occur. Start date is as soon as possible or by agreement.
