OEM International is in an exciting phase of development with continued acquisitions. We are now looking for an Application Specialist who wants to influence the development of our integration platform and Data/BI environment.

About the role
As an Application Specialist, you will become part of our ERP group with a central role in our continued digital development. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining our integration platform and Data/BI environment, as well as driving development initiatives from requirement to implementation. Through close collaboration with the business, you translate business needs into technical solutions that contribute to more efficient working methods.

You will be involved in building our upcoming integration platform. Here you will have the opportunity to influence future solutions in a group that continues to grow through new acquisitions.

In the role, you will among other things:

• drive and develop integrations and data solutions
• develop reports, analyses, and visualizations in our BI tools
• specify requirements, analyze, and document solutions together with the business and external suppliers
• plan and conduct tests and ensure quality in deliveries
• participate in and drive projects within integration, data, and analytics
• support users, train key users, and contribute to knowledge transfer to support functions.

The position is currently located at our headquarters in Tranås or alternatively in Bankeryd where parts of the team are based. In the future, there will also be the possibility to work from our new premises in Hedenstorp, Jönköping.

Your profile
We are looking for you who have a university degree in IT, systems science, or equivalent experience. You have knowledge of Java, Groovy, and/or SQL and are comfortable communicating in both Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you have experience with SAP Integration Suite, SAP Analytics Cloud, SQL-based data warehouses, project management, or working in an international environment.

As a person, you are independent, structured, and responsible. You have a strong business focus and the ability to translate needs into sustainable solutions. At the same time, you are a confident communicator who thrives in collaboration with different parts of the business and can explain technical solutions in a pedagogical way. Since the role involves many contact surfaces, collaboration skills, relationship building, and knowledge sharing are important parts of everyday life.
