About the Role

As Technical Customer Support at IDATA, you will become an important part of the customer service and support team. You will work as first-line support, helping customers with questions regarding the company's portal, services, and systems. This role suits you if you have a technical interest and enjoy analyzing problems to find solutions.

You will receive cases via phone, email, and case management systems, working closely with the business operations to ensure a high level of service. When questions become more technically advanced, you will collaborate with the development department, which serves as second-line support.

Examples of Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming support cases via phone, email, and case management systems.
  • Support customers regarding the company's portal and services.
  • Troubleshoot and analyze technical problems for further escalation if necessary.
  • Work in JIRA and other internal systems.
  • Receive customers and visitors at the reception.
  • Administrative tasks related to the business.
  • Contribute to improved working methods, processes, and documentation.

Your Profile

To succeed in this role, we believe you are curious, solution-oriented, and enjoy helping others. You have a technical interest and can understand the logic behind technical problems, even if you are not a programmer.

You are communicative and confident in customer contact, with the ability to handle both simple and more complex inquiries in a professional manner.

Requirements

  • Experience in customer service or technical support.
  • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing.
  • Technical understanding and interest in IT.
  • Basic understanding of programming or system integrations.
  • Ability to analyze problems and see logical connections.
