About the role

As a Senior Data Coordinator, you will work with one of our clients in Stockholm and be an important part of exciting and complex projects.

The role involves handling large amounts of technical documentation, which places high demands on structure, quality, and coordination. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining delivery plans for final documentation, as well as planning, executing, and ensuring that document deliveries occur in accordance with established requirements and schedules.

To succeed in this role, you need to have a good understanding of technical documentation and information management. Experience working with drawings, technical documents, and documentation in information systems is a prerequisite, as is the ability to coordinate and quality-assure document flows throughout the entire project execution.

Who are you?

The most important factor for your success as a Senior Data Coordinator is that you have a few years of experience working in large, complex assignments as well as experience from project organizations.

As a person, you are structured and meticulous, as you will handle large amounts of information and files. You have strong analytical skills and can identify deviations, see connections, and find solutions. Most importantly, you enjoy collaborating with others. In this role, you work on-site with the client and act as an ambassador for ATICC, representing both yourself and the company in a professional and trustworthy manner.

We are looking for someone who has:

• A university college or university degree in a relevant field.
• At least 5 years of documented experience working as a Data Coordinator or Project Manager in large, complex infrastructure projects.
• Experience working in document management systems.
• Good ability to communicate in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.

Experience with final documentation within power cables, overhead lines, and substations is considered a strong merit.

The position is a full-time consultancy assignment. Start date is after the summer.
