For a newly established role, we are now looking for a Deputy Purchasing Manager who will hold operational leadership within the purchasing department. The Deputy Purchasing Manager ensures that daily work is planned, prioritized, distributed, and followed up so that operations are conducted efficiently, legally secure, and with high quality. You have full personnel responsibility for a team of six employees and report to the Purchasing Manager. Kfast is in the process of transforming purchasing work from operational purchasing to proactive category management. By strategically managing our purchasing categories, we maximize business benefits and secure quality.

The Deputy Purchasing Manager's responsibilities include, among other things:

• Leading and coordinating daily work within the department.
• Being a close support to employees on operational matters.
• Monitoring workload, schedules, and deliveries.
• Contributing to uniform working methods, high quality, and good internal collaboration.
• Developing the business, both contracts and business relationships.
• Independently driving qualified construction tenders, thereby combining leadership with own operational competence.

We are looking for you who have relevant academic education or working life experience that the employer assesses as equivalent. You have several years of experience in independently conducting complex tenders and have good knowledge of the Public Procurement Act (LOU). Experience in leading others is required for the role.

It is meritorious if you have experience of personnel responsibility and work within the public sector.
