🌍 We are now looking for a Technical Logistics Coordinator for a long-term consulting assignment in Eskilstuna, where you will become an important part of the work ensuring spare parts availability throughout the entire product lifecycle. About the role As a Parts Life Cycle Coordinator, you play a central role in ensuring that the right spare parts are available from the launch of new products to older machine models. You work in close collaboration with several international stakeholders and contribute to developing efficient processes that create high availability and minimize downtime. The role combines operational work with strategic collaboration and gives you the opportunity to influence both working methods and future solutions. Your main responsibilities

• Ensure spare parts availability throughout the entire product lifecycle.
• Identify critical spare parts and develop stock recommendations.
• Support distributors and international markets with analysis and planning.
• Represent the Parts & Logistics area in cross-functional forums.
• Collaborate with various functions to improve processes and spare parts flows.
• Analyze data and customer insights to optimize inventory and availability.
• Contribute to the development of future product launch processes.

✅ 2–5 years of experience in a similar coordinating role within logistics, supply chain, or technology. ✅ A strong customer focus and a genuine interest in creating business value. ✅ Good understanding of service and spare parts logistics. ✅ A technical interest and experience working in various business and IT systems. ✅ Experience analyzing data and making fact-based decisions. ✅ Very good communication skills in English, both verbal and written. It is an advantage if you also have an interest in mechanics or experience from the automotive, machinery, or manufacturing industries. Who are you?
