Who are you?

We are looking for someone who thrives in working with customers via phone contact and is attuned to our customers' needs, as we believe all customers deserve a warm welcome when contacting our support.

An important part of the job is being able to lead the conversation to gather the necessary information so that we can help the customer in the best and fastest way possible. In addition to troubleshooting, you must therefore also be able to extract relevant information from the customer both efficiently and accurately.

The Role of Helpdesk Operator

You will handle cases via both phone and email, as well as register and document all cases in our case management system.

The role is at the First Line level and involves troubleshooting, customer service, and case registration for our customers' POS systems. Your interest in service will be crucial. Naturally, you will be trained with the technical knowledge required for the position.

Work Experience and Requirements

  • Helpdesk Technician/Support Technician – experience is desired
  • Languages: Swedish and English

Competencies

  • User support, software
  • User support, hardware

Merits

  • Experience from customer service

  • Experience working with Freshdesk and Atera

Practical Information

The role is primarily office-based, and we have our newly renovated premises in Umeå at Västerslätt.
