Your Role

🌟 As a school counselor, you are a key figure in the high school's student health work.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Being present in the students' daily lives and building trusting relationships.
• Contributing psychosocial competence to the student health team.
• Working systematically with Student Health Team (SHT) processes, documentation, and follow-up.

Qualifications

• You are a social worker or have equivalent education.
• You have experience working with young people, preferably in a high school setting.
• You are confident in your professional role and accustomed to working both independently and in a team.

Key Success Factors

• You easily build good relationships with students, guardians, and colleagues, and can communicate with these groups in an empathetic and secure manner.
• You share our pedagogical vision and have a strong ability to collaborate as part of a team.

Conditions

• Employment type: Permanent. Probationary period applies.
• Full-time equivalent: 100 %.
• Start date: 2026-09-01.
