At the same time, the practice has a natural variation throughout the year, where the spring semester is usually more intensive, while the autumn semester often provides more room for quality work, improvement projects, and clinic development. My ambition is to allocate one administrative day per week even during periods of high workload to create space for planning, quality work, and business development. The clinic is covered by a collective agreement, and I want to offer both security and development opportunities.
