We are now looking for a 90% assistant who is responsible, empathetic, and engaged for our 20-year-old client in Västerås.

We see that you are cheerful, proactive, social, and hardworking. You feel a great sense of responsibility and pride in the job you do. You are attentive to small details but also see the big picture and strive for perfection. You can be yourself to bring a smile to people's faces. You command the Swedish language fluently in both speech and writing, and you are non-smoking and free from animal allergies as there are animals in the home. A driver's license is required as the client has her own car.

Our client is a young woman with several disabilities, including cerebral palsy (CP) and an intellectual disability. This means she needs help in all situations to meet her needs and interests. However, her extensive need for assistance does not stop her from coming up with fun activities every day! Your role includes planning and structuring her daily life so that every day feels valuable. Your workday can look many different ways, but the care routines remain the same, and your most important task is to ensure the client feels well and lives a fun, secure, and valuable life. You work where the client is, whether it is a doctor's visit, a game night at a friend's house, or a family celebration.

Experience in care and social services in some form is advantageous, but the most important thing is your lovely personality and your willingness to always be your best self at work!

We are looking for someone who:

• Is cheerful, proactive, meticulous, and responsible
• Has good organizational skills and enjoys taking responsibility
• Is a secure team player who can also work independently
• Is engaged, receptive, and has good communication skills
• Commands Swedish fluently in speech and writing
• Is non-smoking and not allergic to fur animals (animals live in the home)
• Has a Category B driver's license – a requirement, as the client has her own car

Salary: Fixed hourly rate according to agreement. Other compensations according to collective agreement.

Working hours: Day, evening, weekend

Start date: July 27th, selection is ongoing and the position may be filled before the final application date.

Employment conditions: As long as the assistance assignment lasts, approx. 90 %.

Work in the home for elderly persons or adults with disabilities is subject to register control according to the Act (2026:43) on register control when working in the home for elderly persons or adults with disabilities. The law applies from March 1, 2026. In support of the law, we as a company have a policy to request extracts from the criminal record register in connection with new hires. The register control is carried out as a final step in the recruitment process and forms part of our overall suitability assessment.
