About the Role

We are looking for temporary staff to join our team in Västerås, starting this autumn! We are seeking engaged and service-oriented colleagues who wish to work part-time during the autumn and winter, with good opportunities for extension.

Is this you?

As temporary staff in our sales team, you work as a salesperson/sales support and enjoy a varied workday where no two days are alike.

The workday begins at our branch in Västerås, where you prepare the day's assortment of flowers and plants for delivery. Afterward, you visit the stores you are responsible for during the day. The specific stores you work in may vary from day to day or week to week, making the work varied and developmental.

In the stores, you are responsible for creating inspiring flower departments by stocking shelves, displaying products attractively, putting up signage according to campaigns, and ensuring the department always maintains high quality. You also serve as Blomsterboda's face to the outside world and collaborate closely with the store staff.

The work is physical and suits you if you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy taking personal responsibility, and like creating order, quality, and inspiring flower displays.

We are looking for someone who

• Is flexible and appreciates that no two workdays are the same.
• Has an eye for color, form, and inspiring product displays.
• Is service-oriented, social, and enjoys building good customer relationships.
• Is solution-oriented, structured, and able to work independently.
• Enjoys early mornings and varied tasks.
• Has a valid driver's license (Category B).
• Is fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written.

It is an advantage if you have:

• Experience from the grocery retail sector, service, or sales.
• An interest in flowers and plants.
