Job Description

Do you want a meaningful job where you create security and provide care for our clients in home care services?

As a substitute in home care, you play an important role in providing care, support, and dignity. You will cover for regular staff during their absence or work when there is an extra need for staff in the operations.

With a good attitude, high service level, and professionalism, you perform assistance-assessed interventions based on the implementation plan.

The role requires significant personal responsibility. Duties include personal care, shopping, laundry, cleaning, and social documentation.

Qualifications

We are looking for you who have a genuine commitment to care and support. We prefer that you have previous experience working in elderly care.

You are responsible, sensitive to individual needs, and able to quickly adapt your work and prioritize according to current conditions. We expect that you are good at building relationships, have a respectful attitude, and possess strong empathy.

You can work independently, are responsible, and confident.

It is an advantage if you have completed or are currently studying the Care and Nursing Program, the Nursing Program, or another suitable care education.

You must have a good command of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, in all areas, and be open to delegated responsibility for medication. You should have good computer skills as we work with electronic documentation.

To work in our operations, you must be at least 18 years old.

A Category B driver's license is required for work in home care services. You need to be an experienced driver regardless of weather conditions.

Employment Type and Terms

• Employment Type: Summer Job / Holiday Work.
• Duration: 3-6 months.
• Start Date: Start date by agreement. It can be immediate or as soon as the summer begins. In our questionnaire, you specify when you wish to start working.

In the questionnaire linked to the application, you answer whether you wish to work full-time or part-time, and within which type of operation you prefer to work. You also state when you wish to start and which weeks you are available to work this summer.
