About Kry Healthcare Center Skarptorp Hi! My name is Martina Bäck and I am the operations manager and nurse here at the healthcare center. We are a team of approximately 30 people and have about 8,800 listed patients. The healthcare center is located in Skarphagen and is a well-functioning center with a dynamic and learning environment where we work together for our patients. Attached to the healthcare center, we have both a child health center and an elderly care clinic. What you actually do

This is a combined role where you will work 75% as a diabetes nurse and 25% as a nurse or district nurse. The work involves all typical tasks for a district nurse/nurse at a healthcare center. You will also work with independent consultations with diabetes patients, where you have your own waiting list that you call in for annual check-ups, in close collaboration with the responsible physician. You meet patients with a wide range of ailments – at the clinic, digitally, and in clinical assessments. Here, the focus is on independent assessments, clinical responsibility, and direct patient work, not sitting in long phone queues or getting stuck in administrative triage. You are a central part of the care and work both independently and in teams, where both parts are equally important. You make medical assessments, prioritize, and drive patient cases from start to finish.

What we expect from you

You are a licensed nurse/district nurse with further education in diabetes. You have previous professional experience from primary care in Sweden after your graduation. You take responsibility and get things done. You thrive in change and see it as fun. You deliver high-quality care and put the patient first, not just as a value statement but in practice every day.
