Our Offer

At Neonatal-ICU in Linköping, we care for premature and sick newborns. We provide highly specialized intensive care combined with family-centered care, where children are cared for together with their parents.

Job Description

We are looking for you who want to work based on our core values – always putting the children first. Here, we treat families and colleagues with respect and care. We work in teams consisting of nurses, child care assistants, and doctors. We strive for borderless collaboration between professional categories and value all our different competencies. Intensive care for newborns involves varying paces during shifts and tasks that change according to the patient's needs. The department has clear guidelines and routines, giving you as a nurse a stable foundation from the start.

About You

You are a registered nurse. If you have further education, it is seen as an asset. We do not require previous experience, but place great importance on personal suitability.

As a person, you are responsible, solution-focused, and reliable. You adapt easily to new conditions and thrive in varied work. It goes without saying that you have good teamwork skills and contribute a positive and professional attitude to your work. We appreciate it if you want to share previous experiences and knowledge and thereby become involved in the development of the department. Since you work in constant dialogue with patients and colleagues, it is a requirement that you have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written.
