We at Securitas are currently looking for a Night Team Leader for our office in Örebro. Here, together with other team leaders and managers, you will work on creating the right conditions for our employees. In the role, you work as a security guard, where your main tasks will be to lead and distribute work in the field. Together with your colleagues, you will conduct rounds at our customers' sites and respond to incoming alarms. In the job, you will also handle customer contacts, both with large and small customers. Working hours are evening/night 18:00–06:00 on a so-called 5:2 schedule, which includes working every other weekend.

Through your commitment to the team and clear leadership, you lay the foundation for well-knit teams. At Securitas, we want to be the best in our industry, and in the role of team leader, you will have a significant impact through regular dialogue with both our customers and employees around you.

For example, you will:

• Lead and plan the daily work efficiently for both patrol and static customers
• Handle daily contact with both large and small customers
• Ensure that Securitas policies are followed and adhered to

Requirements

Requirements

• You are a trained security guard
• Have experience from the security industry
• Approved grades in Swedish from the first year of high school
• Category B driver's license
• Swedish citizenship

Merits

For employment within Securitas Sverige AB, it is required that you have approved grades from high school in Swedish and English and are approved by the County Administrative Board for employment in an authorized security company (the application is made by Securitas).
