Viljan Oderljungavägen is located in a beautiful natural area in Perstorp, where we offer a home-like and secure environment. We welcome men and women aged 45 and over with mental disabilities such as psychotic illnesses, affective disorders, ADHD/autism spectrum disorders (NPF), and some comorbidity.
Viljan Oderljungavägen has a total of 32 places consisting of own apartments. Our approach is motivational and supportive, and we place great emphasis on building a trusting relationship to create a sense of participation. We work based on the assignment from the placer, where the client, together with and with the support of a contact person, forms, implements, and evaluates various support measures. Staff working with us include an operations manager, nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, support assistants, cooks, cleaners, and a specialist doctor on a consultancy basis.
About the role of Caretaker/Facility ManagerIf you are a service-oriented person with a feel for practical and technical work, this could be the job for you. We place great importance on personal suitability!
Main responsibilities:You are responsible for both the interior and exterior maintenance of our property. You work with fault reports, repairs, and maintenance. In the role of facility manager with us, you work close to the customer to provide good service. You need to be service-oriented, engaged, and responsible. The work requires that you are structured and can work independently, while also being flexible and capable of handling various tasks and having an eye for what needs to be done.
You will work with a wide variety of tasks, both outdoors and indoors. The task is to manage the indoor and outdoor environment together with colleagues. The work will take place both independently and in a group. Normally you work during the day, overtime/on-call/shift work may occur.
QualificationsWe are looking for you who are service-oriented, responsible, and want to work as a facility manager. To succeed in the role, we would like you to have previous work experience from property and garden maintenance.
It is an advantage if you have education or experience in carpentry/painting or property/plumbing/electricity. As a person, you are meticulous, responsible, and creative. It is important that you enjoy meeting people and that you have social competence as you are the company's representative in the meeting with our clients and their relatives.
Requirements:- Educational background in the field or documented experience of similar work with the target group
- Good computer skills, experience of documentation.
- Category B driver's license
- Good knowledge of Swedish, in speech and writing
Role: Caretaker
Employment type: Permanent with a 6-month probation period
Working hours: Full-time, with the possibility to request part-time
Working time: Daytime, Monday to Friday. Evening and weekend work may occur.
Start date: September 1st or as agreed
Collective agreement: We are bound by collective agreements to Vårdföretagarna/Kommunal, Sector E.
