Do you want to work with the operation, maintenance, and development of our properties? We are now looking for an engaged property technician who wants to be a key part of ensuring well-functioning, safe, and sustainable properties.

Based at our headquarters in Eslöv, you will be responsible for the daily operation of our properties and facilities as a property technician. You will work practically with supervision, repairs, and vehicle responsibility. This role is perfect for you if you want to combine practical and administrative work. The administrative tasks range from case management to monitoring occupational health and safety, fire alarms, and key systems. The role involves many contact points, and you will work in close collaboration with both colleagues and external contractors.

Responsibilities

• Ongoing supervision, maintenance, and upkeep of properties.
• Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues.
• Simple repairs within plumbing, HVAC, and construction.
• Contact and coordination with external suppliers and contractors.
• Participation in service, inspections, and technical controls.
• Responsibility for keys and alarms.
• Fire safety responsibility (systematic fire safety work).
• Vehicle responsibility.
• Documentation of completed work and handling of cases in our digital case management system.
• Contribute to improvements in operations, occupational health and safety, and sustainability, as well as actively monitoring the workplace environment on-site.

Qualifications

• Education in property, technology, or equivalent work experience deemed suitable by the employer.
• Experience in property maintenance or technical work.
• Basic knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and property technical systems.
• Valid driver's license (Category B).
• Good command of Swedish in speech and writing.
• Basic IT skills.

Merits

• Experience working with fire alarms, access control systems, or key systems.
• Experience from similar industries, such as other organizations within waste management, environment, or recycling.
• Experience from public sector operations.
• Knowledge of occupational health and safety issues.
